From Booking to KILAT: The Gloss Crew Step by Step Workflow

Yes. We can wash modern EVs, including vehicles with large panoramic glass roofs found on models such as Tesla, BYD and Xpeng. We use suitable cleaning products for exterior glass and painted surfaces.

If your car is in a Multi Storey Carpark or a sheltered area, the wash will proceed as normal. If you are parked in an open lot while it is raining, we will reschedule your wash to the next available slot at no additional cost.

Do not worry. Our product is safe to use on common wrapped and protected surfaces, including matte, satin and textured finishes. Please let us know during booking if your vehicle has a wrap, PPF, matte finish, satin finish or textured paint, so the crew can take extra care and use compatible products.

A waterless wash is suitable for light dust, pollen, fingerprints, fresh bird droppings, insect splatter, light road film, light to moderate mud and dried road dust.

Waterless washing is not suitable for extremely dirty or off road vehicles, because they often need a rinse or a traditional two bucket wash first.

As we do not use running water, very hot vehicle surfaces are also not recommended, especially when the car has been under direct sun or heat for a long time. Heat can reduce the performance of the cleaning solution.

We also do not recommend a standard waterless wash for heavy caked on mud, grease stains, thick clay like dirt, tar or deep brake dust on wheels, as these often require rinsing, clay treatment or specialised decontamination.

We love our cars just as much as our customers do, so please trust us if we refuse service. It is likely because there is a risk of abrasion to the car.

Please do not lock your handlebar, as we need to reach all parts of the motorbike during the wash.

You may leave the bike on either the side stand or main stand.

Please make sure the bike has been parked for at least one hour before the scheduled wash, so the engine and exhaust have enough time to cool down.

This is for both your protection and ours. Before touching the car, our crew takes multiple before photos from different angles to document the vehicle's condition. After the wash, we take matching after photos to show the completed work and service quality.

Please inspect your vehicle and the after photos within 4 hours of receiving the job complete update. Disputes raised after this window cannot be accepted, as the vehicle may have been exposed to other public risks in the car park, such as other drivers, pedestrians or weather.

As a lean startup, we operate a self insurance model for minor incidents and carry limited liability coverage. To keep prices affordable for heartland residents, the total liability for any single claim is capped at SGD 200.
